Virtual Meeting Facilitation Training
This course provides virtual meeting facilitation basics for leaders, managers, and supervisors. The course focuses on how to actively engage meeting participants utilizing Zoom as a virtual platform.
Modeled after the Kolb learning cycle approach where participants have a concrete experience, reflect on what they observed, conceptualize the learning into their current work, then practice active experimentation with other participants.
This technique is highly interactive, engages visual, auditory, and experiential learners through activities and applying learnings to an upcoming meeting they are planning to convene.
