Workshops on teaming wildly popular as we discussed good partnership questions, where to find RFPs, and how to make sure your partnership, teaming and subcontracting continues to work for you long term. Results include: Oregon Metro increased their spend to $2M in 2019 for COBID certified firms.

Advised on messaging & strategy, Wrote letters and emails and coached hospice staff in appeal letter and email strategies, Results: Overwhelming response to $50K match kept it going & ended up matching $66,000. 314 new donors gave $26,000 of that. Raised over $175,000 for operating expenses & expenses were lower than previous year. For Email Solicitations, raised $5,000 within the first few days and ended up raising $40,000 in total.
Our training for Oregon Metro Planning Dept helped 25 managers learn how to create continuity plans for their work, helping our great agency make the best of planned and unplanned absences. After this two day workshop series, managers felt empowered to help their colleagues make their own plans, and bring it into year end reviews as a key piece of employee success plans. We reviewed 5 different plans after the workshop was over and saw overworked managers relieved in a way to help track and operationalize their work. 2025
We taught a leadership workshop series for Oregon Health Authority’s (OHA) Queer ERG (Employee Resource Group). This was a workshop helping people find the best parts of their leadership, and feel motivated and engaged to lead inside the agency and inside the ERG. Attendees felt more motivated and empowered by the end of the workshop. 2025
